Abstract Introduction The impact of employee job satisfaction on retention or the dissatisfaction attrition is becoming increasingly important as it has a significant quality service provided, staff shortages, and effectiveness healthcare organizations. This especially true for private hospitals pharmacists in Hong Kong. Aim Based Herzberg's two-factor theory, aim this quantitative, correlational study was to determine relationship between intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic demographic characteristics, personal factors, turnover intentions sample working Methods Following institutional ethical approval, five research questions were developed relationships.
